Originally form the US, Julia has been a globetrotter for all of her adult life, living in Canada, Argentina and Spain before arriving in Germany. Her movement history comes from dance, but once she tried Vinyasa Flow in Berlin, she discovered the best version of herself through the meditative state that comes with focus on movement and breath. Julia’s yoga classes are dynamic and energizing, with moments of deep stretching and long held poses, leaving you feeling both invigorated and relaxed.
